There are approximately 20 million military veterans in the United States, and every single one of these brave men and women deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and appreciation.
But not everybody thinks this way. The woman in the video below, for instance, thought it was okay to go up to a war veteran asking for a military discount at a fast food restaurant and call him entitled.
She said that it’s not fair for war veterans to have all these privileges. The man could have responded in a rude manner, but instead, he gave her compelling arguments that proved her wrong.
He said that getting to go home each day in a free, safe country is what a privilege is and that was he was getting was merely a discount. After overhearing the entire conversation, another customer stepped in and offered to pay for the veteran’s meal.
