We all know the basic things about living a healthy life. We’re constatnly beindg reminded that we should eat healthier, drink more water, sleep more and exercise regularly. Those are the big things everybody talks about, but what about the little things that impact our wellbeing? Did you know that the side you sleep on can have a negative impact on your health?
