We all pretty much know that soda is bad for you, but there’s a chance you didn’t know just how bad it really is. In an effort to remind people of the harmful effects of high levels of sugar, a man put his own health on the line and drank no less than 10 cans of soda each day for a month. At the end of the experiment, the man’s formerly healthy and muscular physique has changed drastically. His Coke intake gave him a pot belly; he lost muscle mass, and his weight shot up from 168 lb to 192 lb.
