Dogs are considered to be a men’s best friend, but this dog did something that goes beyond this description. Duke was adopted six years ago, and now he’s finally found a way to repay his adoptive family. The dog helped save the family youngest member, a 9-weeek old baby girl. The baby’s parents immediately knew something was wrong when Duke jumped on their bed and began shaking uncontrollably. They went straight to the baby’s room and discovered she wasn’t breathing. An ambulance came right away, and doctors say the infant will make a full recovery.
