All parents think their kids are the smartest, but the mom in the video below might actually be right. Her little girl is not only incredible smart but also very polite. At just 3 years old, the toddler knows all the country’s states and capitals, the names of all US presidents and she can even remember all the elements in the Mendeleev table, which is more than I can say about most adults I know (I’m thinking about you, mom).
