After having fought in Afghanistan to protect his country and its citizens, U.S. Army Spec. Michael Sharke found himself having to fight a much different battle; a battle to reclaim his home where he lives with his wife Michelle.
After being reassigned to a unit in Hawaii, Sharke left his Florida home in the care of a friend while him and his family were away. Soon after that, however, his home started being a target of squatters. The man immediately reached out towards the police as soon as he found out what was going on at his home.
However, the authorities’ first response was that there’s nothing they can do about it legally to stop the squatters from targeting his home. So the soldier took it to social media to state his outrage and look for a solution.
And luckily, all the social media pressure and national outrage that unleashed after his story was made public has led to a positive ending to this whole scandalizing situation.
