Do you know what ATM stands for? It’s automated teller machine, right? Well, to surprise their customers, TD Bank tuned one of their ATMs into an automated thanking machine. Instead of giving the people the money they’ve asked for, it gave them certain gifts that had special meaning to them. The look on the people’s faces when they realize what is going on and receive the gifts is just priceless. I love when companies come up with creative ways to step up their customer service and thank their clients. More companies should do these types of things more often.
