Tim Bengel is the name of a German artist whose incredible art is getting the attention of people from across the world. His amazing pictures are made out of sand and sometimes gold dust. To create his paintings, the artist starts with a sticky white canvas. He then creates the design he wants using black sand. This is the most difficult part and can take weeks to complete. The final step is to fill in the rest of the canvas with white sand. The moment of the reveal is the most impressive. Once he dumps off the extra sand, the picture finally appears.
