Ever had dinner in a cave by the ocean? Me neither. A restaurant in Italy offer tourists the possibility to dine inside a cave, without the weird smell. The Grotta Palazzese in Polignano a Mare is a very unusual restaurant, as it is carved from a cliff’s face’s limestone. Tourists are able to watch the waves lap the shores just beneath them. The restaurant was voted 3 years in a row as the most romantic restaurant in Italy, which is not really a surprise considering the amazing views. But don’t book a plane ticket just yet. The restaurant is only open during the summer.
