Most of us already know just how incredible dogs are, but in case you needed more proof, here it is. The dog in the video below is being hailed a hero after he protected a 7-year-old girl from a rattlesnake. The girl was playing behind the family’s home in Tampa with the dog when a deadly rattlesnake that was lurking in the grass tried to bite her. It’s when the dog’s instinct kicked in! The dog suffered three strikes, but he is now recovering in a pet hospital. Without him, things could have turned a lot worse.
