With all the negative press that involves police officers these days, we need stories like this to remind us that police officers are here to serve and protect us, and that some actually take their job seriously. A police officer’s act of kindness is going viral, and it’s all for the right reasons. Although it’s against his department’s policy to push a disabled motorized scooter, this police officer decided to bend the rules just a little bit and help a disabled man in need by pushing his scooter that had ran out of battery.
