White hair is typically associated with getting older, but the baby in the video below was actually born with this unique hair color, and the Internet can’t get enough of how adorable and special she looks.
Devina, which means divine and heavenly, looks like a little angel thanks to her snow-white hair, and many of those who have seen pictures of her say the infant’s silvery hair very much resembles that of Daenerys on Game of Thrones.
This is for sure not something you see every day, but the explanation behind the little girl’s peculiar hair color is pretty simple. You see, Devina was born with a condition called Albinism, a congenital disorder characterized by the complete or partial absence of pigment in the skin, hair and eyes.
The condition affects five in every 100,000 people in the U.S. and Europe, and is associated with a number of vision defects. Still, Devina is only partial albino and was born perfectly healthy.
