This is such an amazing story! Images showing a Koala baby clinging to his mom during surgery went viral and it’s easy to understand why. Mom was undergoing life-saving surgery for a collapsed lung after she was hit by a car. Her six-month-old baby Phantom hugged her throughout the surgery refusing to leave mom’s side. You’ll be happy to hear the surgery was a success and both mom and her son are healthy and happy. It all happened at an Australian Zoo’s wildlife hospital.
